Role Overview
As Recruitment Support Assistant you will contribute to projects and day‑to‑day operations through admin support and research. Training and structured support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general admin tasks including data entry, maintain accurate records within the CRM, document preparation, spreadsheets
- Assist with research: e.g. mapping target companies, candidate sourcing, market intelligence & insights, identifying potential clients, compiling contact lists with relevant information to support business development
- Conduct targeted candidate searches using LinkedIn, job boards and internal databases
- Ensure quality and compliance of candidate/client records and processes: accurate information, correct templates, consistent use of systems
- Post and promote job adverts across relevant platforms (job-boards, social media) under guidance
- Research ideas for posts to support the creation of content for LinkedIn and the company website (including drafts, research, scheduling)
- Assist with updating marketing material and tracking engagement
Criteria

- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C / 4 or above, including English and Maths
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Comfortable working with IT systems, including maintaining records on a CRM database
- Ability to collate and interpret data accurately
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Demonstrated research and information-gathering skills
- Willingness and ability to learn new systems and develop new skills through training and mentorship
